FREE Seminars for Seniors at Next Week's NARA Conference in Columbia, SC

Adriane Berg of Lebanon, NJ, an Emmy award-winning television and radio personality and a founder of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, is the headline speaker at a free seminar for those 55+ October 20, 2010 from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center in Columbia, SC. Also, renowned author, marketer and brain fitness expert Dick Ambrosius of Sioux Falls, SD and noted national Social Security Expert Dr. Joe Gribbin of the University of Maryland's Erickson School of Aging.

"Life after 55: An Afternoon of Learning" is being held in conjunction with NARA's 11th Annual Conference, which will focus on building for, marketing to and servicing the fast-growing 55+ "Boomer and Beyond" consumer. The educational seminar is hosted by the National Active Retirement Association (NARA), Palmetto Health and Retirement Lifestyles magazine.

Dr. Gribbin's presentation, "Can Social Security (and Medicare and the Health Plan) Survive the Aging of America," is part of the business trade conference and starts at 10:00 a.m. Berg and Ambrosius are scheduled to speak, along with other regional aging services experts from 1:00 - 4:30 p.m. Reservations are required and may be made by calling Palmetto Health Prime Times by October 19 at (803 296-5978).
